Exciting news!
I am delighted and really honoured to have been invited to play at the 2nd Paco de Lucia Guitar Festival in his home-town of Algeciras in July.
I will be playing a short concert on July 22nd. It is really a very special moment for me to be playing at this festival in honour of my musical hero Paco de Lucia, whose music started me on this path of Flamenco which has taken over my life.
To say I will be in esteemed company is an understatement as the festival will feature concerts by some of the best artists in the flamenco world. I am humbled to be even playing in their general vicinity.
Concerts will include Jose Manuel León, Josemi Carmona,Pepe de Lucia José Carlos Gómez, Salvador Andrades, Manuel Valencia, Antonio Sanchez, Jose Maria Bandera, Antonio Martin, Carlos Benavent, Jorge Pardo, Tino di Geraldo, Potito, Remedios Amaya and more.
I would just like to say thank you so much to the organisers for giving me this truly special and humbling opportunity.
Back to Spain I go!
